Contribution from TSDA in Memory of Jo Anne Noble

The USBCHA formally requested a donation from TSDA to help fund live video streaming at the 2017 USBCHA Finals in Virginia.  The Directors voted for the TSDA to contribute $750 for this purpose in the Memory of Jo Anne Noble.

Jo Anne was a special person who lived and breathed Border Collies and herding.  She was one of the founders of the Texas Hill Country Stock Dog Association, an organization responsible for encouraging and providing a venue for beginning handlers.  I can think of several Open handlers who took advantage of and got their start at the clinics and playdays sponsored by the THCSDA.  In addition, she was the force behind the annual Highland Games SDT.
